VERY FRIENDLY
We have been taking our Border-Lakeland to be groomed at Darcey’s ever since we first got him. His appointments are something to look forward to, since not only does he look very smart when he comes out, but he clearly enjoys the pampering and attention. His appointments have become an important part of his social calendar. We wouldn’t consider taking him anywhere else.
SMELL AMAZING
Ruth has groomed my 2 spaniels several times now and they always come out looking and smelling amazing. She is very patient and thorough, one of mine has had surgery on her leg and Ruth really takes her time with her . She really listens to what you want doing and I totally trust her. My dogs love going there so that’s the best recommendation there is !
LOOKING VERY SMART
I have a dog who is a little hyper and does not like to be groomed( well his face). Ruth did a wonderful job and was very patient with him.. The first time in a long time he has looked very smart.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE
We have always had first class service. I would highly recommend Darceys groom room, Ruth always makes our Cocker Spaniel look amazing! The little extras are a lovely touch.
EXCELLENT VALUE
Ruth has always provided excellent value and is quick to respond to any messages. She has gone out of her way in helping me get the dogs in to get there haircut due to my work commitments. She always does a great job and more importantly the dogs are happy
